Application overview
Specify the valve component being molded, its contact medium and the intended service conditions. Housing geometry, sealing interfaces and assembly dimensions all belong in the material brief. This page concerns PVC compounds; CPVC requirements must be discussed separately. Do not select a valve material solely from a sample color or a photograph of a completed valve.
Processing discussion
For an injection-molding enquiry, share the part drawing, mold information and current processing conditions. Record the material grade and trial conditions together with the observed result. Processing settings must be agreed for the selected formulation and equipment; this page does not prescribe a universal temperature or cycle.
