Identify the application
Name the finished product, which component needs PVC and whether it will be injection molded or extruded. Attach a drawing or reference sample description if available.
Separate requirements from preferences
List required tests and acceptance criteria separately from preferred colors, feel or appearance. Include the expected quantity and unit, destination and the documents needed for your customer.
Agree the next step
Before a trial or order, confirm the proposed grade, documentation, sample arrangements and how the results will be reviewed. Record any changes to the agreed requirements.
Material requirements must be confirmed for the selected grade.
